COYA Angel Court, which opened its doors last month, has teamed up with Bacardi to offer an exclusive cocktail and Peruvian food-pairing menu; only available on the restaurants uniquely designed Rum Round Table.
A group of six guests can book the intricately carved table for an evening, where they will be treated to a tasting menu of COYA’s delicious dishes created by Executive Chef, Sanjay Dwivedi. Each course will be paired with a different cocktail, crafted using either Bacardi Carta Blanca or Bacardi 8 Year Old Carta Ocho.
Guests are taken on a Latin American journey from the moment they step foot into the welcoming entrance of COYA Angel Court, a short walk from Bank tube station. The restaurant and Pisco Lounge are filled with Peruvian trinkets and staple handcrafted furniture.
Highlights include the Valle de Pisco which is a twist on the classic Pisco Sour made with Bacardi Carta Blanca, egg white, lemon juice, lychee juice, peach puree and Pisco Quebranta. The Valle de Pisco will be paired with delights such as Calamares Fritos con Octopa and Gambas Anticucho.
The ‘Rum Round Table’ experience is priced at £125 per person, which includes five specially created cocktails, paired with a tasting menu of COYA dishes.
COYA Angel Court is open Monday to Friday and available for private hire on Saturday and Sunday.
