An Indulgent Valentine’s Day at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

Luxury landmark property Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane will be pulling out all the stops this Valentine’s Day with a special four-course dinner menu at Amaranto Restaurant and a pleasure-seeking cocktail selection at Amaranto Bar, available from 11th – 14th February 2022.

The indulgent four-course menu (£85 per person) will be served in the opulent surroundings of Amaranto Restaurant, with grand décor and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows completing the picture. Courses will include a sensational seafood platter with lobster timbale, prawns, Balik salmon and caviar; followed by fillet of sole, with truffle, leeks, potatoes and finished with a champagne beurre blanc; and lamb loin with parmesan risotto, mushrooms, Jerusalem artichokes and lamb jus. To finish, delight in a rose & white chocolate mousse with strawberry crémeux and strawberry & rose ice cream.

Vegetarians aren’t an afterthought, with a dedicated four-course menu (£65 per person) featuring courgette filled with pepper ragout and a grilled aubergine, leek and mushroom remoulade; celeriac soufflé with roasted parsnips and swedes with a truffledvelouté; and a spinach pithivier, with beetroots, roasted figs, and a carrot, and orange mousseline.

After an indulgent dinner, couples are invited to unwind in Amaranto Bar, a sophisticated and elegantly designed lounge-style bar with romantic red décor, where Bar Manager and Mixologist, Ivan Arena will be serving a trio of tempting Valentine’s cocktails and mocktails. Choose from the Red Passion (£22) featuring pomegranate and passion-fruit infused Santa Teresa rum, Cynar, Campari, and chocolate bitter, garnished with dried orange and a chocolate heart, or the Lychee Lover (£22)comprising gin, lemon, honey and hibiscus cordial, lychee juice and liquor, and fresh raspberries, topped with lemon meringue foam and rose buds, and finished with a small rose on the stem of the glass. A creative Love Potion (£14) mocktail will also be on offer, made with lychee juice, rose syrup, alcohol-free champagne, and a caramelised red rose garnish.

The Valentine’s Day menus will be available between 6.30pm-10.30pm from 11th – 14th February 2022 and priced at £85 per person for the four-course set menu and £65 per person for the vegetarian four-course set menu (excluding beverages).
