The new hotel is brought to you by the team behind South Kensington’s The Ampersand Hotel and is an independent hotel part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. It has 92 rooms from £195 and will include a roof terrace restaurant; Mediterranean neighbourhood kitchen and an underground speakeasy.
Designed to connect its guests to London’s historic trading past and the best of the modern day capital, Vintry& Mercer’s 92 bedrooms will range from intimate doubles to suites with glass-panelled balconies that overlook London’s Southbank skyline. carefully considered touches including bespoke velvet headboards, textile furnishings, leather door handles and artwork. Bathrooms in the deluxe studio and junior suites benefit from built-in TVs for guest’s enjoyment.
