TOZI Victoria Welcome Spring with a New Seasonal Menu

TOZI Restaurant & Bar in Victoria introduces its new seasonal menu from Head Chef Maurilio, continuing its ethos of offering bold Italian cooking, generous sharing plates and the kind of warm, timeless, hospitality that keeps guests coming back.

At the heart of the menu is its signature cicchetti, Venetian-inspired small plates designed for sharing and bringing people together. Fresh favourites for summer include yellowtail carpaccio served with sun dried tomatoes, olives and basil; creamy burrata with heritage tomatoes, basil and pesto; and a courgette, potato and basil soup with smoked ricotta.

Handmade pasta dishes come in the form of maccheroni with rabbit ragout, Taggiasca olives and thyme; a traditional Neapolitan Paccheri with braised baby octopus, tomato and basil and Rustichelle with peas, asparagus & Tuscan pecorino. Larger plates include slow-roasted Welsh lamb shoulder with braised cannellini beans; and grilled sea bream with fennel, samphire and salmoriglio. Finish with a delicious Amalfi lemon, ricotta and pine nut tart with raspberry sorbet.

Adding a touch of theatre is the dedicated Negroni trolley offering eight distinctive takes on the Italian classic, all served tableside. From the American in Rome, a bright bittersweet mix of Campari, Savoia Americano, plum juice and Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, to the punchy Amphora Negroni with Seven Hills Gin, Mancino Amaranto, Mancino Chinato and Rinomato, each is stirred to order with flourish. Or opt for the spring specials including the Princess Peach with Bergamot, Fresh Peach, Gin, Tonic and Foam.

Alongside this, the wine list offers a carefully curated journey through Italy’s diverse regions, showcasing small-batch producers and rare finds.

Whether it’s a working lunch, a pre-theatre bite or leisurely dinner, set menus are available from £23.95 inclusive of sharing dishes, bread and coffee. Larger evening groups can opt for one of the cicchetti feasting menus, from £38 per person.
