Spring has Sprung at The Broadcaster

The Broadcaster, West London’s vibrant modern pub and dining room located at the iconic Television Centre in White City, is welcoming the warmer months with the launch of a new spring–summer menu. Inspired by the lighter flavours and bright colours of the season, the refreshed offering brings a modern twist to comforting favourites, alongside elegant plant-forward plates and expertly crafted cocktails.

Guests can enjoy the seasonal dishes throughout The Broadcaster’s dynamic spaces, from the laid-back ground-floor pub to the stylish first-floor dining room. For al fresco moments, the rooftop bar offers sweeping views over West London and a chic setting for long lunches, post-work drinks or weekend gatherings. Adding to the atmosphere, the rooftop also plays host to a weekly DJ set every Thursday from 6–10PM, setting the tone for sunset socials and upbeat evenings under the sky.

Menu highlights include a creamy Asparagus, Pea & Wild Garlic Risotto finished with a crisp Parmesan shard; Pan-Roasted Salmon served with morel mushrooms, minted peas and spring onion mash; and a vibrant Sweet Potato, Kale & Avocado Salad with miso-glazed mushrooms, a soft-boiled egg, and toasted cashews.

To accompany the new menu, the spring cocktail list embraces seasonal flavours and fresh ingredients. Standouts include the Watermelon Spritz, a refreshing blend of Lillet Rosé, Sapling Vodka, watermelon, guava and lime soda; the Negroni del Sol, a bold and sun-soaked take on a classic with Olmeca Altos Tequila, peach, Lillet Rosé and Campari; and the Grape Royale, a light and elegant mix of Sapling Gin, grapes, verjus and prosecco.

Whether you’re joining for a midweek catch-up, rooftop sunset, or celebratory weekend meal, The Broadcaster’s seasonal menu offers the perfect way to savour the best of spring and summer in the heart of White City.
