Bottomless Brunch with an Apres Ski Twist

Nothing injects a group chat with as much excitement as the words “bottomless brunch anyone?” and on Saturday 30th November, the LIMIN Winter Lodge is bringing all of the winter, Christmas and carnival vibes together under one roof for its first ever bottomless brunch. With vibrant entertainment, delicious dishes, and unlimited drinks flowing there is no better way to kick off silly season.

To celebrate the arrival of the festive season, the theme is Caribbean Christmas. You’re encouraged to embrace the colours, energy and flair of a true island Christmas and don your boldest and brightest attire for the occasion – we’re talking Christmas jumpers, feathers, festive patterns and tropical vibes. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with the tropical flavours of the Caribbean with LIMIN’s very own rum punch and from then on can sip on bottomless prosecco and cocktails on tap until the session ends.

Like everything else at LIMIN, tradition has gone out the window. Conventional brunch dishes have been swapped out for mountain dishes with a touch of Caribbean spice. Sharing starters of corn chowder with coconut milk, Caribbean herbs, and sweet potato, chicken wings marinated in coriander, smoked paprika and garlic with signature scotch bonnet mango jam, and Sham’s twist on a Trinidadian street food favourite, Trini doubles will be brought to the table.

For mains, choose from Croque Monsieur with Trini ham baked with scotch bonnet and Christmas spice glaze and oozy melted cheese; mussels cooked in coconut, thyme, garlic, turmeric and ginger; or a choice of jerk or fried chicken with spicy dipping sauce and fries, will give you the stamina you need to continue partying long after brunch ends; and you can indulge in rum truffles or Trini rum cake ice cream for dessert.

When it comes to entertainment there will be no shortage of funky tunes provided by DJ Benny, carnival hosts will ensure the festive spirits remain high and steel pan drummers will be playing some festive favourites – we really did mean Caribbean Christmas when we said it.

You won’t leave hungry, you may leave tipsy, and you will definitely leave having experienced London’s liveliest new brunch.

Tickets for brunch are £49 and you can reserve your space here.
