Baubles and Ballerinas Afternoon Tea
For a truly memorable experience Baubles and Ballerinas is a festive afternoon tea accompanied bya live performance from ballerinas who will pirouette, bourée and twirl, elegantly and playfullyweaving their way through the tea room of St. James’ Court, A Taj Hotel to music from the ultimateBallet classics, The Nutcracker and The Sleeping Beauty by Tchaikovsky.
Diners can enjoy a selectionof sweet and savoury festive treats, including a deluxe assortment of seasonal sandwiches, includinghoney glazed turkey and cranberry or smoked salmon, cream cheese and caviar. The menu alsofeatures a mouth-watering rosemary roasted beef roulade turn over with horseradish cream and afestive egg mayonnaise and mustard cress pinwheel. For the sweet tooth, a medley of desserts, fromspiced mixed fruit scones, strawberry Bakewell tarts with eggnog mousse to a chocolate themedChristmas surprise.

Just footsteps away from St James park and Buckingham Palace, guests can immerse themselves inthe spirit of Christmas with TreeHouse@51’s very own bedecked courtyard, complete with glisteningdecorations and twinkling lights.
Christmas Chalet at the Courtyard, welcomes guests to indulge in avariety of Christmas delights that are perfect for all the family. Mulled wine, Irish coffee and frothyhot chocolates will be served as well as sweet and savoury treats such as dark Christmas cake, wreathcookies and hot sausage rolls.
Christmas Eve Three Course Festive Dinner
Guests can enjoy a seasonal three course festive dinner accompanied by acclaimed singer and pianist,this Christmas Eve in the stunning atrium, which sits at the heart of the restaurant. The menu issuitably decadent, starting with a selection of elegant dishes from the likes of hot smoked salmon,crunchy green toasted brioche or a truffle butternut squash cremeux.
Four bountiful main courses tofollow, including more traditional plates such as roasted butterball turkey with sage and onion,chipolatas, roasted potatoes, winter vegetables and cranberry jus. Alternative festive dishes such as24 carat gold, morel and saffron risotto with edamame, herb oil and parmesan tuile is also an option.On the sweet side, diners can choose between a selection of five indulgent desserts such as traditionalrich and sticky Christmas pudding flavoured with kirsch marinated cherries and Remy Martin anglaise;cinnamon ice cream champagne jelly; sumptuous mince pies; rich and chocolatey yule log or a winterspiced carrot cake.

Christmas Day Festive Lunch
On Christmas Day this year, guests are invited to indulge in a magical festive lunch with live musicfrom fabulous trio in the afternoon followed by a live band in the evening. This luxurious affair willbegin with two melt-in-your mouth amuse bouches, consisting of a tuna ceviche and samphire, spicycoconut broth. To follow, a selection of imaginative yet seasonal starters and a light and refreshingpalate cleansing sorbet which will then be served with a glass of champagne to keep the festivitiesflowing.
Guests can indulge in one of four specially curated main courses including traditional and
more novel dishes like stone bass served with a medley of mushrooms, parsley truffle butter andwinter vegetables. A deluxe array of desserts will then be served to finish the meal off, enjoy the likesof Christmas pudding with kirsch marinated cherries and Remy Martin anglais, sumptuous mince pies,a rich and chocolatey yule log or cinnamon ice cream with champagne jelly.

New Year’s Eve Dinner
This New Year’s Eve, guests are invited to head to the stunning atrium at TreeHouse@51 to wine, dineand raise a glass of fizz to the year ahead with family and friends. Diners can not only enjoy a deliciousmenu curated by the culinary team, but will also be able to dance the night away with a liveperformance, followed by a DJ who will playing all the classics.
The festive feast will begin with anamuse bouche of butternut squash soup with pecan nut crunch and sage crisp. An array of starterswill then follow, such as curried crab and smoked salmon cannelloni with lime foam and caviar orcharred pesto broccoli and purple potato skewers. A light and refreshing palate cleansing sorbet willthen be served before guests can indulge in one of six delectable main courses, with a choice ofpistachio crusted welsh lamb rack with truffle polenta, black pepper Mongolian chicken with fivespiced fried rice or portal and pine nut parda biryani with banana chili salan and beetroot pachadi.
Aluxurious dessert buffet will then be served, made up of fourteen decadent treats, including chocolateand passion fruit petit gâteau, strawberry flan and apricot and coconut tart, preceding a selection ofEnglish cheeses which will perfectly conclude the meal, as well tea, coffee and petit fours.
