The launch of Guilty marks a new chapter in the Olivier restaurant group’s history, with the first establishment of its seven restaurant concepts to cross the Channel. More than a restaurant, Guilty by Olivier is celebrated as a place for guests to meet, have fun and indulge in life’s pleasures, food and cocktails. The ‘vibe dining’ concept is big on high energy and playful service with its Instagramworthy menu of firm favourites including delicious pizzas, burgers and sharing plates.
The menu features dishes such as Shameless, an indulgent beef burger with baked tomatoes, pesto and crispy pancetta; or Galant Calzone, consisting of confit duck, mushrooms, truffle-flavoured olive oil and cream; or Ravishing, stuffed raviolis with beetroot ricotta cheese, rocket and parmesan cheese. The meal needn’t stop there, Guilty by Olivier’s dessert menu has plenty to wow, with the likes of Kinder Chocolate Cheesecake and Crunchy Decadence, a dessert of homemade Churros with Chocolate and Dulce de Leche. Vegetarian and vegans are well taken care of with many options such as Extravagant, a delicious bianca based pizza, with a mix of luxurious cheeses and black truffle (vegan offering) and other plant alternatives.
