108 Brasserie & Bar, the hotel’s signature eatery and local foodie favourite, promises a chic European dining experience and now allows guests to eat outside whatever the weather, thanks to the heated al fresco terrace on Marylebone Lane, now pedestrianised in the evenings. The restaurant has just launched a new dining menu, offering a mouth-watering selection of dishes. Brunch specialities include Chapel & Swan smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, Baked Spanish eggs with spicy chorizo, butterbeans and spinach and Waffles with buttermilk fried chicken and maple syrup. For lunch, guests can enjoy starters of Piri piri chicken skewers with Cajun slaw and burn lemon or Burrata with Heirloom tomatoes, followed by mains including Miso blackened cod with Asian greens and sesame, Superfood mixed grain salad or the famous 108 beef burger. For those after something more intimate.

The Marylebone Rooms offer beautiful private dining and event spaces – ideal for small, private gatherings and celebrations with friends and family. Just minutes from Bond Street station, The Marylebone is perfectly situated in the heart of Marylebone Village – a hub for fashion and beauty as well as regional food producers and artisans who sell their produce at the bustling Marylebone Farmers Market. Guests will get to know the area during their stay and its local independent stores, boutiques, restaurants, cultural attractions and buzzing cafes.

The Marylebone will re-open on 14th September as part of a phased opening of The Doyle Collection hotels in the UK, Ireland and US. To ensure peace of mind, The Doyle Collection will offer all guests a wellbeing amenity pack on arrival and has launched its ‘Rest Assured Programme’, which clearly outlines the thorough health and safety protocols implemented in each hotel, in line with best international practice and Government guidelines.
