Board onto a 19th Century train carriage at Pedley Street Station, indulge in a four-course meal curated by MasterChef 2017 finalist, Louisa Ellis, and travel to Murdér, France. Despite the name, there’s never been a murder on this journey. That being said, there’s a first time for everything!
Immersive dining experts Funicular are transporting passengers back to the glamour of the 19th century, with ‘The Murdér Express’. Guests will enjoy delectable cocktails at Pedley Street Station’s ‘Seven Sins’ bar before boarding a lavish train carriage destined for the fictional town of Murdér in France.
Whilst on board, you’ll be treated to a brand new four-course meal created by MasterChef finalist Louisa Ellis. The indulgent four-course meal is suitable for all dietary requirements and will feature delicious Mushroom Duxelles Crostini, fragrant Parsnip and Maple Velouté, succulent 3 Bird Roast, Cauliflower, Truffle Pomme Puree, Chestnuts &Hispi Cabbage. Speculoos and Oat Crack Pie.
On the journey, guests will be joined by an East End costermonger, a music hall star, a widow in search of adventure and a local antique dealer. They’d better hope that The Murdér Express isn’t as ominous as it sounds, because if there is evil afoot, everyone is a suspect.
