Tree Time

Looking for some seclusion from the world, then The Treehouses at Lanrick are the perfect retreat. Set in a secluded location between Doune and Callander, bordering The Trossachs National Park. It is easy to reach, just a twenty-minute drive from Stirling and Dunblane and under an hour by car from both Edinburgh and Glasgow city centres and international
airports.

The Treehouses at Lanrick consists of five luxury eco-friendly treehouses located in stunning woodland area on the banks of the River Teith in Perthshire. This incredibly beautiful and secluded outpost creates an authentic Scottish wilderness experience, away from the distractions of a busy modern world.

Owned and run by husband and wife, Simon and Louisa Dickson. They have strived to create structures which impact the landscapes as little as possible, so that the woodland is left pristine. The treehouses are constructed wherever possible with timber that has grown on the property, to minimise the carbon footprint. The treehouses are built to near Passivhaus standard and will be run on air source heat pumps for heating and hot water, with log burning stoves (using their own timber) for additional heating.

Each treehouse is designed and styled to an exceptional standard with distinctive interiors creating five unique hideaways. All include a kitchen/living area, a log burning stove, a bathroom, an outdoor bath or shower and 250 square foot tree top terrace with a BBQ. Natural Scottish toiletries will be provided in the bathrooms and guests will receive a welcome hamper containing local products upon arrival.
