A ‘ROBBIE WILLIAMS’ GUIDE TO EXPLORING LAS VEGAS

As the legendary British songwriter returns to Las Vegas in 2020 with a residency, discover the city according to his hits.

Following 16 hugely successful sold out shows in 2019, Robbie Williams makes his return to the famous Las Vegas Strip in March and April 2020 with ‘Robbie Williams Live in Las Vegas’ at Wynn Las Vegas’ Encore Theatre. To celebrate Robbie’s 2020 residency and love for Las Vegas, visitors to Las Vegas can discover the city according to the national treasure’s most famous song lyrics and tracks – the perfect soundtrack to an iconic, entertainment-filled break in one of the world’s most famous cities.

LET ME ENTERTAIN YOU

When visitors aren’t being entertained by Robbie himself, they can catch one of the countless world-class shows, performances and spectacles that give Las Vegas its title as ‘The Entertainment Capital of the World’. Accompany The Dreamer on a thrilling adventure as she chooses between True Love and Dark Passion in Le Rêve – The Dream at Wynn Las Vegas’ stunning aqua theatre.

Enjoy the music, costumes and acrobatics that take audiences through the suspenseful and beautifully intricate dream sequence set in Wynn’s unique theatre-in-the-round. For quirky, off-beat entertainment, Speigelworld performances such as Absinthe at Caesars Palace and Atomic Saloon at The Venetian are fast, funny, racy and ideal for adult groups. The talent of Las Vegas’ performers has to be seen to be believed, so visitors can sit back and let themselves be entertained.

ROCK DJ

Party in true Las Vegas style at XS Nightclub inside Wynn Las Vegas, where celebrity DJs take care of the playlist for the night. Home to Alesso, Diplo, Kygo, and The Chainsmokers to name a few, XS has been named the number one nightclub in the United States by Nightclub & Bar’s Top 100 for an unprecedented five years.

Pyrotechnics, LEDs, lasers and an in-the-round DJ booth that can be seen anywhere in the club make for a euphoric night out. Head to OMNIA Nightclub at Caesars Palace to see dance powerhouses such as Tiësto, Zedd, Martin Garrix and Steve Aoki. The 75,000 square-foot multi-level party destination encompasses four distinct spaces with a seductive ultra-lounge called the Heart of Omnia, a high energy main club and balcony and a breath-taking outdoor terrace, showcasing panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip.

ANGELS

Wine lovers will be in heaven in Las Vegas with real-life angels on hand at one of the city’s most charming hotels. For a dining experience as soothing as Robbie’s much-loved ballad, Aureole at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is home to a magnificent four-story climate-controlled wine tower stocked with thousands of bottles.

Diners can enjoy wine pairings that are retrieved by Aureole’s ‘Wine Angels’ who glide through the air to gracefully scale the wine tower and select the finest bottles. With seasonal delicacies prepared by Award Winning Chef Charlie Palmer and Executive Chef Alexandre Grégoire, Aureole is a hotspot for romantic evenings and celebrations.

WEDDING BELLS

Should Las Vegas’ romantic side sweep visitors off their feet, couples can tie the knot at A Little White Wedding Chapel. The chapel’s vibrant history has seen big names wed, including Frank Sinatra, Bruce Willis, Demi Moore, Joan Collins and Judy Garland to name a few.

Couples can choose between five beautifully decorated indoor chapels, an outdoor gazebo, or the historic and world-famous Tunnel of Love Drive Thru which allows lovers to say ‘I Do’ in a classic pink Cadillac. Having opened in 1951, A Little White Wedding Chapel has married hundreds of thousands of couples in ceremonies that can be as quirky or classic as the pair desire.

ANDY WARHOL

Robbie isn’t the only icon whose work is sweeping Las Vegas. As an emerging art destination, Las Vegas’ modern approach to art is making the city one of the USA’s most fascinating cultural hubs, and thanks to the $690 million renovation at Palms Casino Resort, the hotel is now home to original pieces, sculptures and murals by iconic artists such as Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst and Jean-Michel Basquiat.

Fans of the pop-art legend will spot many of his pieces around the hotel, including two pieces from ‘The Athlete’ series on the wall of the private dining room in Scotch 80 Prime, as well as ‘Repent and Sin No More.’ Warhol’s ‘Dollar Sign’ paintings hang above the bar in the High Limit Gaming Lounge whilst in Vetri Cucina Italian restaurant, ‘Flowers’ is on display.

GREENLIGHT

Las Vegas’ famous brightly lit signs are reason enough for many visitors to head to the Strip, but The Neon Museum in Downtown Las Vegas walks visitors through the fascinating history of the city through the medium of rescued and restored neon light signs. With regularly changing exhibits, including a special original collection created by Tim Burton that is being displayed until 12th April 2020, The Neon Museum is a must-see for visitors who love Las Vegas as much as Robbie does.

HANDSOME MAN

Robbie is a well-groomed man, and those visiting Las Vegas can take inspiration from him by visiting The Barbershop Cuts and Cocktails at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas.

Behind the unassuming janitor’s door in The Barbershop is a swanky hideaway bar that transports visitors back to the Prohibition-era. Guests can make an appointment with a professional barber to sharpen up their look, or simply sit back and enjoy the sophisticated leather sofas and suave cocktail options.
