Available only for the two weeks of the world famous tournament, guests visiting the hotel can enjoy the ‘Deuce Spritz’ – a twist of the much adored and very British Pimms Cocktail, and a deliciously chocolately ‘Ace’ dessert.
A fresh take on the old favourite, the Deuce Spritz combines Pimms, Brockmans Gin, Aperol, Cherry Bitters, Cucumber and Watermelon Soda to create a deliciously refreshing drink, one that would satisfy even the most active of tennis champions.
Paired perfectly with the Deuce Spritz, the Ace dessert certainly is unbeatable. The dark chocolate sphere is shaped perfectly like a tennis ball, accompanied with a light Pistachio dry sponge, Vanilla cream, Raspberry sauce and Strawberries.
Guests can watch the tennis and indulge in the delicious drink and dessert, whilst enjoying the tranquillity and elegance of the Arch Bar and Wellington Lounge looking out onto Wellington Arch.
