The beautiful and newly refurbished St James Bar set within the luxurious Sofitel St James is the perfect sophisticated hideaway to enjoy a festive tipple this winter. The creamy and warming ‘Milky Cat’ will be available during the festive period and consists Dupont Fine Calvados and Dubonnet, blended with cream and egg yolk with a hint of cinnamon syrup, for the ultimate indulgent treat.
Step In Time, Coupette
As the richness of golden Autumn tumbles into Winter’s spicy sharpness, Coupette’s festive ‘Step In Time’ consists Grey Goose Vodka, olive oil, rosemary, H Theoria Procrastination liqueur, cream and wine. The fragrant and aromatic winter-hardy rosemary cuts through the creaminess of this cocktail foregrounding the depth and complexity of December.
Gaynor, Doña
Doña is a new pop-up bar combining mezcal, music and a female-led cutting-edge programme of entertainment. The basement bar, whose name refers to the feminine form of ‘Don’, is inspired by the vibrancy of Mexico and the sexiness of a 1920s Harlem jazz club. The atmospheric drinking den has a selection of cocktails brimming with seasonal spices and fruity twists. The Gaynor cocktail combines Dangerous Don Cafe Mezcal, 30 & 40 Double Jus (pommeau, a French apple aperitif & Calvados), Chai & Walnut bitters.
Pink Pear Mule, Fentimans Pink Gingerbread House
Fentimans cosy Christmas cocktail, the Pink Pear Mule is the perfect tipple of choice for getting toasty in the Fentimans Pink Gingerbread House. Blending Grey Goose Le Poir, Lime, Amaretto and Ginger, this festive drink is the perfect accompaniment to the sugary edible treats the gingerbread house has to offer. The life-sized Pink Gingerbread House will be decorated with icing, candy canes and a cosy interior complete with roaring fire. Available to book for groups of up to 8.
