Renowned French restaurant Le Pont de la Tour is celebrating the beginning of the next decade with the launch of its bespoke new cheese room. The three-course fondue feast will be set in a cosy hut in the restaurant’s sophisticated alpine terrace, and it will be available to book until 31st January 2020.
The exclusive and intimate dining experience will welcome 2-4 guests to enjoy a decant, cheese-themed dinner from the comfort of Le Pont de la Tour’s luxurious hut nestled on its heated outdoor terrace. For an extra touch of glamour, guests will have their own private waiter for the evening as they sip on a glass of champagne and look out at the unbeatable views of the London skyline.
After a welcome glass of Moët &Chandon Champagne, the three-course feast begins with a Gratin of potato, leek and smoked Morteau sausage with a frisée salad. Next, guests can enjoy the main event: an indulgent Cheese fondue to share. The dessert, a Mini tarte Tatin with lemon, thyme and caramel and a Brillat-Savarin cheesecake, is a suitably sophisticated way to end the decadent affair.
Bookings can be made from Wednesday 8th January with lunch sittings at 12pm and 2:30pm and dinner sittings at 6:00pm and 8:30pm. The experience is priced at £50pp, and tickets can be purchased at the link here.
