The Gin has already been awarded a silver medal at the World Gin Awards.

A Special Sunday Brunch on Mother’s Day

On Sunday, 19th March, Home House will be offering a special Mother’s Day Sunday Brunch at The Restaurant. Famous for its exquisite Brasserie-style dining, Home House’s Restaurant is showcasing the best of seasonal British produce, whilst overlooking Portman Square. On this special occasion, members and guests can enjoy a glass of Moët &Chandon Champagne and a sumptuous three-course set menu specially designed by the House’s Executive chef Robert Panek.

Members and guests can choose from the exclusive Mother’s Day set menu, which includes starters such as Beef carpaccio, Beetroot cured salmon, and Jerusalem artichoke soup, and mains such as Roast corn-fed chicken, Roast sirloin of Longhorn beef or Cornish hake, followed by indulgent deserts including Raspberry panna cotta, chocolate and caramel tart or Lady Grey bread and butter pudding. The three-course menu is priced at £55 per person and the two-course menu at £45 per person, both including a glass of Moët &Chandon Champagne.

Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea in The Drawing Rooms

For those looking to celebrate the quintessentially British way, the opulent surroundings of The Drawing Rooms provide an extraordinary backdrop to enjoy the club’s traditional Afternoon Tea. Available from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th March, members and guests can enjoy the traditional Afternoon Tea menu including a glass of Hattingley Valley rosé sparkling wine for £45 per person. All mother’s will also be treated to a special gift, whilst enjoying musical entertainment performed live in The Drawing Rooms throughout the afternoon.

A tradition that was started in 1840 by the Duchess of Bedford, the Afternoon Tea is still today a firm favourite of Home House’s visitors. Served on a classic etagère, members and guests can savour sweet treats such as a hazelnut praline choux bun, passion fruit and raspberry tart, and a chocolate and salted caramel bar, as well as the obligatory fruit and plain scones with Cornish clotted cream and jam.

A selection of savoury sandwiches includes egg mayonnaise and brioche roll, smoked salmon and avocado on pumpernickel, as well as ham and cheese finger sandwiches with mustard mayonnaise. Members and guests will be able to choose from the sophisticated tea selection by Whittard of Chelsea, including teas such as Chelsea Garden white tea from China and Spiced chai flavoured black tea from India.

During the time of their stay, bedroom guests will have access to the club’s outstanding range of facilities including restaurants, bars, an exclusive nightclub (The Vaults) which can be hired for private events, a Winter Garden Lounge, a cigar lounge, a boardroom, a gym, as well as a thriving calendar of exclusive members’ events.
