Celebrate a decade ofSky Garden in style on Thursday, 20th March, with an extraordinary sky-high dinner in collaboration with Moët Hennessy, marking the start of a year of unforgettable experiences at London’s highest public garden. Set 37 floors above the city, this exclusive evening takes place in Fenchurch restaurant’s private dining room where guests will indulge in a curated culinary journey, paired with the finest champagnes and breathtaking views.

Chef Kerth Gumbs’ vibrant, one-night-only menu – a fusion of Caribbean creativity and the finest British ingredients – has been thoughtfully paired with a premium selection of Moët Hennessy Champagnes.

The evening begins with a canapé reception of native oysters with Vietnamese dressing, mushroom and truffle arancini, and beef tartare cornets, paired with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs NV followed by mushroom tortellini, spring peas, asparagus, and roasted chicken consommé, complemented by Moët Collection No1 NV.

Roasted halibut with textures of cauliflower, curried mussels, and roe chive butter sauce is paired with Dom Pérignon 2015 whilst beef strip loin with herb-crusted bone marrow, shallot marmalade, and oxtail gravy, is served with Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame Rosé 2009. Finish with Eton mess, featuring poached rhubarb, lime Chantilly, and sorbet, alongside Hennessy X.O cognac.

Throughout the evening, Fenchurch’s Head Sommelier, AlexandruPastrav, and Moët Hennessy experts will offer an insider’s perspective on the art of Champagne pairing, ensuring diners leave with a deeper knowledge and appreciation of the craft.
