Private Dinner and Tasting at Dewars Distillery: Founded in 1898, Dewars is just a short
walk from Dun Aluinn. Here, guests will enjoy an exclusive private dinner in the museum, followed by a rare whisky tasting in the Secret Room, buried deep within the distillery. This is an opportunity to learn about the different flavour profiles and how Master Blenders create complexity and consistency, before creating bespoke Blended Scotch Whisky to take home.
Private Tour and Tasting at Blair Athol Distillery: An in-depth tour of the distillery followed by a tutored tasting of five Blair Athol single malts, including one drawn straight from the cask and one 23 year-old. Following the tasting, guests will retire to the Mash Tun Bar to sample whiskies specifically tailored to each individual’s chosen flavour profiles.
Michelin Starred Dinner and Tasting at Glenturret Distillery: An opportunity to dine at Scotland’s Oldest Distillery, home to Michelin starred Lalique Restaurant, which offers highly creative and eclectic dishes. Guests will also learn about the distillery’s long and remarkable history and its whisky making process before sampling a range of rare 30 year old malts in the private tasting room and creating personalised whisky miniatures to take home.
Candlelit Haunted Castle Tour, Dinner and Whisky Tasting at Castle Menzies: Known as one of the most haunted castles in Scotland, this is an evening full of mystery and intrigue as guests hear chilling tales from its dark history. Following the tour, guests will feast in the ancient kitchen with a warming dram, before whisky tasting in the castle’s jail, led by MacLean and Bruce.
Lunch and Private Tour of Blair Castle: Home to 19 generations of Stewarts and Murrays of Atholl the castle is full of fascinating Scottish cultural history.
Guided walk to the famous Birks of Aberfeldy: A spectacular waterfall walk, immortalised by Scotland’s most famous poet, Robert Burns, whose statue can be seen looking out over the gorge.
