Viajante 87, Notting Hill’s cocktail bar will be relaunching their Culture Culinary Exchange Culinary series, bringing the vibrant food and drink of Latin America to London. This latest is the perfect opportunity to experience the soul of Buenos Aires in the heart of London!
Kickstarting the series on Sunday 23rd February, the destination bar will be welcoming two of Buenos Aires renowned venues – Tes res Monos, ranked No. 7 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2024 and Niño Gordo (No.18 North America’s 50 Best), to serve guests dynamic dishes, blending Asian and Latin American influences. From 6pm, enjoy afour course Menu (£80PP) crafted with bold flavours and inventive techniques, paired with a selection of Patron Tequila cocktails curated by Tres Monos and Viajante 87.
Continue your culinary journey through Latin America with the next cultural exchange happening on the 30th March, in collaboration with La Factoria, celebrating San Juan and on the 4th May venture to Peru with Lima’s sastreria Martinez. Honouring the inspiration behind Viajante 87’s Latin American roots, this series has been cultivated through the team’s extensive 6-month travels through the region.
The Cultural exchange series aims to pay homage to Latin America and celebrate the World’s 50 Best Bars list following Viajnate 87’s debut aa no.99 after just one year of operation.
